Metal Gear Solid coming to XBox 360

Don Mattrick introduced Hideo Kojima to announce that Metal Gear Solid: Rising will appear on the XBox 360.

But there will be no Solid Snake. Raiden is back! Very little was revealed, but Kojima promised a new Metal Gear Solid experience.
