Sims 2

With the Sims taking over the console world it was only a matter of time before the little critters made their way onto the DS.

After creating your character you are dropped into a bar in Strangetown for a game of Space Invaders, old school style.

As used by the DS version of the Urbz, Sims 2 shows the action in the top screen while the bottom screen deals with interaction, menus and stats.

It’s a mission-based affair - ideal for the pick-up-and-play casual gamer and younger ones keen to jump onto the Sims bandwagon.

The real time nature of some of the events is great for the DS, allowing you to play as and when you get the opportunity.

It’s not as good as other Sims 2 titles, but if you’re a DS owner without the opportunity to purchase the game on another format, this will keep you happy.
