Sudden Strike III: Arms for Victory
Yet another World War II strategy game offering the same tired old scenarios and monotonous gameplay? Or the heralding of a new dawn of interactive war? "Sudden Strike III: Arms for Victory" storms the Totalgaming beach...
Fans of the Sudden Strike series of World War 2 RTS games will be pleased to learn of the forthcoming release of "Sudden Strike III: Arms for Victory". A new graphics engine, allowing for large-scale battles - in the air, on water and on land - as well as new units, better AI and a resolution to previous pathfinding problems, an improved interface, and more intense multiplayer modes across 4 separate campaigns - two in the Eastern and two in the Western theatres of war.
Fireglow believe that "...it would be more interesting to play Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory than to play rest of the WWII strategy games".
Release is expected in Quarter 3, 2006
"Each Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory player will have his own way to complete the game. There’s no predefined single route to the victory in this game. Utilizing naval and air support it would be able to advance in any direction. Player would be able to use different strategies from snipers’ wars up to massive battles. Even more, with perfect reconnaissance one is able to win the war before it has actually begun."
