LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy

To coin a cliche, "The Empire strikes back" in the sequel to the quirky Star Wars release - where the characters are all made of LEGO.

Featuring many famous scenes from the hit movie series, the game looks set to provide gamers, especially younger ones, with more opportunities to re-enact their favourite moments with blocks of plastic.

One interesting feature of the new game will be the ability to build and modify ships and vehicles, as well as taking control of and changing all the playable characters (over 100 in total) by mixing and matching body parts, creating powerful combinations or grotesque oddities.

New character-specific attacks and moves, "Power Brick" items, playable mini-kit vehicles, an improved two-player mode and, perhaps most importantly, a greater challenge for advanced players - one of the problems with the first game, for many players, was the lack of difficulty. Hopefully, a greater number of difficulty levels will allow more players to properly experience the game.
